Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and delivering high-quality electrical systems on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale electrical construction or engineering projects.

• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.

• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and submittals.

• Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and all applicable local and national codes.

• Oversee and mentor junior project managers and electrical engineers.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or electrical construction management.

• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar electrical projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.

• Excellent project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred but not required.
