Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and delivering high-quality electrical systems on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale electrical construction or engineering projects.

Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.

Coordinate with design teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment.

Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and all applicable local and national codes.

Oversee and mentor junior project managers and electrical engineers.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress and milestones.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or electrical construction management.

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar electrical projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.

Excellent project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred but not required.
